Some rain was predicted today, so we went to ride on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad (CVSR), starting from the Rockside station in Valley View, OH.

The only tickets available were in First Class, which meant walking to the beginning of the 14-car train. The train departed at 12:55 on the dot.

Being in First Class, we were offered water, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and a snack item. Later we were given a CVSR pin.
We were traveling in the former Silver Bronco dome car (#1105, built 1948) from the Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad. The dome was reserved for a private party.
